This project involves the office test fit-out for Kawasaki, an engineering and manufacturing company, located within RCBC Plaza – Yuchengco Tower, a Class A, 46-storey premium office building at the corner of Ayala Avenue and Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue in Makati City. Developed by RCBC Realty Corporation, the building is PEZA-accredited and recognized as one of the city’s premier corporate addresses.
The test fit focuses on space planning within a warm shell condition, exploring efficient layout configurations that support the operational and organizational requirements of an engineering and manufacturing firm. The design takes into account the building’s high-performance systems, large floor plates, and integrated amenities within the RCBC Plaza complex.

DESIGN CONCEPT
The design adopts an open office plan that promotes collaboration, transparency, and efficient communication among employees. A vertical flow strategy is incorporated to enhance spatial organization and create a dynamic sense of movement throughout the workspace.
Kawasaki’s branding is integrated through the strategic use of brand colors, graphics, and visual accents, reinforcing the company’s identity within the interior environment. The overall design emphasizes clean lines and a minimal layout, resulting in a modern, organized, and highly functional workplace.
