This project involves the office renovation of a BPO company under Cynific Schematic, located within 2251 Chino Roces, a 15-storey PEZA-registered office building along Chino Roces Avenue in Makati City. Developed by Anstay Realty Development Corporation, the building offers flexible floor plates and is well-suited for IT-BPO and corporate office operations.
The renovation focuses on upgrading the existing workspace to support efficient BPO operations, taking into consideration the building’s Grade B classification, 100% backup power, VRV air conditioning system, and 24/7 operational capability. The design approach responds to the site’s strategic accessibility and cost-efficient location, ensuring a functional and adaptable office environment aligned with industry requirements.

DESIGN CONCEPT
The design promotes an agile workspace environment that supports flexibility, collaboration, and adaptable work styles. A biophilic approach is incorporated through the use of natural materials, greenery, and visual connections to nature, creating a healthier and more refreshing work atmosphere.
Cynific’s branding is subtly integrated through the strategic use of colors and visual elements, reinforcing the company’s identity within the space. The overall aesthetic follows a Japandi contemporary style, combining clean lines, natural textures, and minimalist principles to achieve a calm, balanced, and modern workplace environment.
