Office Fit-Out – Energy Company

This project involves the office fit-out of GEM Power, an energy company, located within BDO Equitable Tower, a 30-storey Grade A office building along Paseo de Roxas in Makati City. Developed by SM Keppel Land, the tower is a well-established commercial property within the Makati Central Business District, offering efficient floor plates suitable for corporate operations.
The design responds to an as-is/where-is handover condition, focusing on creating a functional and efficient workspace that supports the operational needs of an energy company. It considers the building’s centralized mechanical system, reliable telco infrastructure, and accessible layout for workplace integration.
Strategically positioned near major transport routes and key commercial landmarks, the site provides strong connectivity and convenience, making it a suitable environment for a dynamic and performance-driven office setup.

DESIGN CONCEPT
The design follows an open workstation layout that promotes collaboration, flexibility, and efficient communication within the workplace. A spatial zoning strategy organizes the office into distinct areas for focused work, collaboration, and circulation, ensuring a smooth and productive workflow. The interior integrates Client's branding through the strategic use of brand colors and visual elements, reinforcing the company’s identity within the space. This is complemented by a Japandi clean contemporary aesthetic, characterized by minimal forms, natural textures, and a neutral palette that creates a calm, balanced, and modern working environment.
