This project involves the office renovation of Lean Solution Group, an IT and consulting company, located within a Grade A, LEED Platinum-certified office building along Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue in Makati City. Developed by Empresas Diesel Development Inc., the building is designed with strong sustainability and workplace efficiency features. The renovation focuses on upgrading the existing workspace within a column-free, high-performance office environment, supported by energy-efficient systems such as natural lighting strategies, a Low-E glass façade, and a living green wall. The design also considers the building’s centralized chilled water system, N+1 backup power, and strong connectivity infrastructure. Its strategic location in Makati provides excellent accessibility to key business districts and urban amenities, making it suitable for a modern IT and consulting workplace.
