Inside, the building offers up to 91% usable floor space, ceiling heights of 2.7–2.75 meters and raised-floor provisions for flexibility. The lobbies are finished in granite and marble, with ceilings nearly eight meters high. A zoned elevator system, 39 passenger lifts in the Yuchengco Tower and similar capacity in Tower 2, ensures efficient circulation.

The podium houses a Roman Catholic chapel, health and fitness facilities, banking halls, dining options, and retail outlets. From a technical standpoint, RCBC Plaza is equipped with 14.8 MW of back-up power, a digitally monitored Building Automation System, fiber-optic connectivity, advanced chiller-type HVAC with VAV control, and comprehensive security and fire safety systems.
