ONE AYALA is a transit-oriented mixed-use development within Ayala Center. Developed by the prominent Ayala Land, this 2.8 hectare is the new gateway to Makati City's Central Business District.
One Ayala is located at #1 Ayala Avenue. It is the site of the former Intercontinental Manila which is right beside SM Makati and in front of Glorietta 3 and 5. The redevelopment started in 2016 and the last phase of the construction finished in 2023.
The development was designed by Visionary Architecture Inc, one of the Philippines’ top architecture studios. Last 2017, their design for One Ayala was nominated for the World Architecture Festival in Berlin, Germany.
The composition of the development includes a terminal hub for buses and other PUVs, a retail mall, three office buildings: East, West, and South Towers, and upcoming, Ayala's own hotel brand--Seda. Additionally, One Ayala features a direct access to the MRT Ayala Sation.
With convenience and accessibility in mind, One Ayala has become one of the most coveted workplaces in the district.
