Uptown Place Tower 1 and 2 are located at 9th Ave. 35th Street, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig Philippines while Uptown Place Tower 3 is located at 11th Avenue corner 35th Street, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, Philippines. They are located together in one block area making it accessible at different entry points.
Transportation
There are multiple bus stations that surround Uptown Bonifacio all within less than 3 minutes walk. These buses can bring you to any point in BGC including entry/exit points Ayala Avenue, Kalayaan Avenue, Market-Market C5, and Lawton Avenue.
With Megaworld's continuous efforts to improve Uptown Bonifacio's accessibility, it's also on its way to completing the Skytrain Monotrail by 2022 which will connect Uptown to Makati Guadalupe Station and will cut travel time from 30 minutes to 5 minutes.
Uptown BGC will also have a station for the underdevelopment Mega MetroManila Subway which is set to be completed in 2027.
Support Services
Uptown Place Tower 1, 2, and 3 do not lack when it comes to supporting services. Beside the entrance of Uptown Place Tower 1, 2, and 3 is the entrance of the Uptown Bonifacio Mall, aside from this entrance, the mall can also be accessed on the 5th floor for all the office towers. It also serves as the main lobby for the office towers.
Right across Uptown Place is Uptown Parade which is another retail complex with a number of high-end restaurants, cafes, and night bars. The neighboring residential condominiums also have their usual ground-floor shops that add to the flourishing retail in the area.
Another prominent landmark within the area is Grand Hyatt-- a 5-star hotel that is just a block away from Uptown Place. The hotel is also home to high-end restaurants and bars and even features a Skydeck with amazing views of Metro Manila.
In case of emergencies, St. Luke’s Medical Center BGC is a mere 1-2 minutes drive--2 blocks away. BGC Emergency Response Team is also located at the 5th and 26th which is approximately a 3-5 minutes drive.
Building Design
The towers were designed by Design Alliance, one of the most extensive and collaborative designers in Asia that promotes the original creativity of Asian designers by sharing ideas and knowledge of our common yet diverse cultures. Uptown Place Tower 1, 2 and 3 are on top of the mall, which is clad in glass windows from floor-to-ceiling that are double glaze that keeps natural light in and the heat out.
Towers 1 and 2 are both LEED-certified while tower 3 is still awaiting its certification.
At later hours, the office towers reflect the bustling lights and attractions at the mall. There's also a centerpiece fountain that extravagantly presents a dazzling show complete with sprouting water and lights.
Building Amenities
Being connected to Uptown Mall gives the tenants direct access to hundreds of retail shops from cafes to dining, specialty and services stores, fashion shops, and a supermarket.
