The Finance Centre is located at 26th Street corner 9th Ave of Bonifacio Global City. It is right across Maybank Theater from 9th Avenue and across High Street South Corporate Plaza from 26th Street. From the building you can easily access different commercial areas such as shopping malls Market-Market and SM Aura. Serendra and High Street which are known for their scenic al fresco dining and lifestyle shops are both accessible along 9th Avenue a few blocks away from the building.

Transportation


BGC’s transportation as a whole is very convenient and most importantly safe. There are numerous bus stops equally spread throughout the business district and there are terminal hubs such as the one in Market-Market and for the northern part of BGC, there is UpTown. Along McKinley Parkway which is a block away from Finance Center, there are jeepneys that pass through here that can bring you directly to Ayala Avenue where there is the MRT Station, Ayala Bus Station and a future terminal hub for more point-to-point transportation options.

The Finance Center, on its own retail podium, already has a variety of restaurants from high end to more affordable ones — Wagyu Studio, Wild Flour, Italian, Starbucks Reserved, and McDonald’s to name a few. Just right beside the building is Infinity Condominium where you can find almost all the major banks– BPI, BDO, Security Bank, and EastWest bank. As mentioned earlier, it is also surrounded by major malls and shopping areas such as SM Aura, Bonifacio High Street and Market Market—all are not more than a kilometer away. It is important to note as well that —a five star private hospital—is not more than a 5 minute drive and is a mere 1.5km distance from the building.



Building Design


The Finance Centre is Daiichi’s third cooperation between Gensler and Daiichi – which is a firm that focuses on Architecture, Interior Design and Architectural and Engineering Integration services in the global industry.

For their project with the Finance Centre, Gensler and Aidea are tasked to create a global standard for office development in BGC in which they used a Virtual Design Construction (VDC). This model resulted in considerable reductions in construction waste and carbon emissions, as well as the prevention of heat gain and the conservation of energy and water resources.



Building Amenities

Just outside the building is a triangular green plaza that features a natural space that creates harmony in urban areas. The light and space created by this plaza allows the visitors and occupants to have a glimpse of the aesthetic appeal of the urban green space landscape.

Upon entering the building, there is a curved wall lobby designed to make emphasis for the natural lighting outside. There is also a two-way entrance accessible through the plaza and and through the back of the building. These numerous access points does not simply give convenience but as well as safety. For high-rise buildings of course, we always have to consider how many exit/entry points people can use should there be any unfortunate events.

The Finance Center has a total of 42-floors with commercial and retail spaces in the lower levels. The structure has a gross leasable area of 41,379 square meters and a typical floor plate of 1,800 square meters. Approximately, the building has a floor efficiency rate of 90% and a ceiling height of 2.8 meters, providing natural light ventilation to its tenants. This establishment has multi-level parking: 5 basement levels and 5 podium levels. Other than that, the building also has 16 passenger lifts, 2 parking lifts, and a service lift. The backup power is guaranteed at 100% and equipped with a VRF air-conditioning system. There are also a fiber optics infrastructures from several telco providers that are present in the building. This establishment is equipped with a fire alarm system, CCTV, and security monitoring that ensures the safety of its tenants
