Within the vicinity are important support services like St. Luke's Medical Center - also along 32nd street - and the BGC Emergency Police and Fire Response are just along 5th Avenue or 3 minutes away from Menarco.

Of course, the most exciting part about this office tower is its thoughtful design. As mentioned earlier, it is the first WELL-certified building in the region. Although it may appear very minimalist from the outside, all the aspects of its design actually come with a good reason.

In 2015, Menarco was awarded Best Office in Architectural Design and Best Green Development at the Philippine Property Awards and in 2016, Best Office Development Award at the Southeast Asia Property Awards.
Menarco is also LEED Certified Gold as most of its efforts towards WELL coincided with sustainability and future-proofing--two of the major philosophies being pushed by the US Green Building Council.
