Some Exemptions
*A 4 or 5-star hotel in a prime business district that has a dedicated office space will be classified as Class A. Example: Grand Hyatt Hotel in BGC has 3 office floors.
*A Class B building that has the parameters of that of a Class A building but is not located in a premium location can be classified Class A if the location has potential to be developed into a business district in 3-5 years.
Example: Office spaces being developed in townships or mixed-use developments by major developers such as Arca South Corporate Center in Arca South, Taguig or Savya Financial Center also in Arca South, Taguig.
