RL Commercial REIT Inc. (RCR) further beefs up its portfolio with the infusion of Robinsons Cyberscape Gamma from its sponsor, Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC).
The property is valued at P5.9 billion as validated by a third-party fairness opinion, according to the real estate investment trust (REIT) company on Friday.
RLC is set to get 777.81 million shares in exchange for the infusion to RCR.
