Office Fit-Out - Engineering and Infrastructure Consulting Firm

This project involves the office fit-out of Oriental Consultants Philippines Inc., an engineering and infrastructure consulting firm, located within RCBC Plaza – Yuchengco Tower, a Class A, 46-storey premium office building situated at the corner of Ayala Avenue and Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue in Makati City. Developed by RCBC Realty Corporation, the tower is PEZA-accredited and recognized as one of the city’s most established business addresses.
The design responds to the warm shell condition of the space, focusing on creating a functional and efficient workplace that supports the technical and collaborative needs of a consulting firm. The project also considers the building’s high-performance infrastructure and mixed-use environment, including retail, cultural, and corporate amenities within the RCBC Plaza complex.

DESIGN CONCEPT
Our design vision merges a high-performance, futuristic aesthetic with a grounded connection to the natural world, reflecting the reach of a global leader that remains rooted in the human experience. By pairing a sophisticated palette of branded blues, silvers, and tonal greys with organic textures of wood and stone, we have created a workspace that feels both cutting-edge and timelessly serene. The layout is strategically engineered for operational flow, balancing high-traffic efficiency with a clear distinction between private visitor zones and internal workstations. At its heart, a sprawling, integrated pantry and coworking hub serves as the office’s pulse—an open, light-filled sanctuary designed to foster spontaneous collaboration and provide a restorative vantage point for every member of the team.
