This project involves the office fit-out of an IT company within the PEZA-certified Gateway Office, a 6,681.7 sqm LEED-certified building located along a major thoroughfare in Makati City, Metro Manila.
The space was delivered as a bare shell unit and is supported by a centralized chilled water air conditioning system, 4 passenger elevators, and 1 service elevator. The building provides access to nearby retail establishments, a multi-modal transport hub, and essential common facilities.

DESIGN CONCEPT
This concept achieves spatial harmony through an open-plan layout that balances clean contemporary lines with functional, collaborative zones.
