Though construction commenced in 2016, its design was strategically refined during the global health crisis to directly address post-pandemic workplace priorities. Located at the corner of Opal and Ruby Roads, near Topaz Road in San Antonio, Pasig City, GLAS is a 42-storey Grade-A tower with three basement levels and stands around 188 meters tall. It offers about 102,000 square meters of office space, with 1,500 square meters for retail. Developed by Green Asia Resources Corp., a boutique real estate firm founded in 2012, GLAS specializes in high-performance, design-led offices. GLAS broke ground on 5th of October 2016, marked by a time-capsule ceremony with Green Asia, Whiteport Inc., and ASYA Design, led by principal architect Albert Siy Yu. Construction began in 2017, overseen by ASYA Design, and included architecture, interior, MEP engineering, construction management, and leasing coordination. The building’s tapered glass façade adds visual drama to the skyline. It topped out in early 2021, reaching full height with a helipad and three basement levels. Arquee Construction Management led the build, and GLAS opened for leasing shortly after.

The tower occupies a prime location surrounded by offices, malls, hotels, and major transport routes. It enjoys direct frontage along Emerald Avenue, a key artery that connects to EDSA. From GLAS, commuters can easily reach the MRT-3 Ortigas Station in about five minutes on foot, while Shaw Boulevard Station is roughly a 15-minute walk away. In addition, the Ortigas-Antipolo UV Express terminal and the SM Megamall bus terminal are close by, offering convenient access to P2P and local bus services.

Each floor offers approximately 2,000 square meters of column-free space with 4-meter ceiling heights, providing flexibility and openness for various office layouts.


Inside, the building continues to impress. A luxurious three-story lobby showcases 8.5-meter ceilings, marble and stone finishes, and an impressive 6 × 5-meter indoor LED screen. This screen now features immersive 3D digital art installations created by Filipino artists, transforming the entry space into a gallery-like experience.


The building utilizes high-speed, destination-oriented elevators with touchless control and plasma air purification. Each office level is served by energy-efficient VRF air conditioning with occupancy sensors. Restrooms and entrances use sensor plumbing and revolving doors for hygiene and conservation. GLAS also includes rainwater harvesting systems and generous bicycle parking, promoting sustainability. These features earned LEED Platinum Core & Shell certification, reflecting excellence in environmental quality, energy efficiency, and occupant wellness.
