Metro Manila is composed of 16 cities that contain most of the Central Business District in the Philippines. Being the country’s capital city, many investors and business owners put their companies in Metro Manila mainly because it's where the talent pool and infrastructure is. Despite this, Metro Manila considered lacking in termsof transportation infrastructure which affects a lot of business activities. Matter of fact, a 2019 study released by ADB reported that Metro Manila is the most congested among 278 cities in developing Asia.
Although the government is on its way to resolving this issue to promote the economy with its Build, Build, Build program, office developers which are mainly from the private sector, need to be more proactive to attract locators.
Here is a list of six (6) Class A Offices based on factors such as accessibility and convenient offerings within Metro Manila. Please note that this list is not in rank form and is subject to change should new office buildings come up or improve.

First on the list is SM Mega Tower, one of the newest addition to SM Prime Holding’s growing roster of green buildings. It is located along EDSA and serves as the gateway to the exciting central business district of Ortigas.
SM Mega Tower boasts its own Public Terminal Interchange (PTI), primarily serving commuting tenants who use PUVs or shuttle vans. It also features a driveway conveniently located next to the main thoroughfare EDSA, facilitating easy pick-up and drop-off for office occupants.
SM Mega Tower is within walking distance of two MRT3 stations—Shaw Blvd and Ortigas Avenue—as it is situated right between them.
