With the local architect-of-record being W. V. Coscolluela & Associates. The design features a striking yet energy-efficient glass façade, complemented by sustainable elements such as solar panels, green roofs, and native landscaping — all geared toward environmental efficiency and corporate sustainability
The general contractor, New Golden City Builders, has commenced construction following the groundbreaking held on February 24, 2024, and the building is scheduled for completion by September 2028
