The New BPI Headquarters is a 45-storey premium office development rising at the corner of Ayala Avenue, Paseo de Roxas, and Dela Rosa Street in Makati CBD. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) in collaboration with Aidea Philippines Inc., the tower will feature a modern, energy-efficient glass façade and a gross floor area of approximately 89,000 sqm, with over 60,000 sqm of leasable office space.

The development will integrate retail spaces, event venues, landscaped civic areas, and a public forum, complemented by seven basement parking levels and seamless connections to Makati’s pedestrian walkway systems. Targeting EDGE, LEED, and WELL certifications, the headquarters sets a new standard for sustainable and wellness-focused workplaces in the Philippines.

Jointly developed by BPI and Ayala Land Inc. with Makati Development Corporation as the main contractor, the ₱13.6-billion project is expected to be completed in 2029 and operational by 2030, positioning it as a future landmark in the Makati skyline.
