Public transportation is available at the FTI terminal where there are jeepneys and buses that can take you directly to BGC, Makati, Pasay, Alabang, and Paranaque. Also, it is very easy to hail a cab or book a grab car from the building with a maximum wait time of 10 minutes.
Savya Financial Center is in close proximity to SM Hyper Market and Sunshine Mall plaza-- both have different health and beauty shops, a supermarket, food stalls, appliance stores, banks, and restaurants. The upcoming Ayala Mall (to be completed 2023) which will be 2 blocks away from Savya will expect a hundred more stores in addition. Important to take note of as well is right at the exit of Arca South via East Service Rd., there is a police station that can respond in less than 10 minutes to Savya and the BFP Taguig Fire Station, which is within Arca South, and is less than a kilometer away from Savya, will take a maximum of 5 minutes to respond when needed.
Savya Financial Center was designed under Rchitects, Inc. They designed the two-tower with a goal to optimize the opportunity of having efficient floor plates. They also incorporated a 10m canyon in between the towers enhancing its shape and giving it a more intricate design.
Both towers have a full glass facade that is known to benefit occupiers with 100% sunshine coming from the outside. Of course, being in a green building, we can only expect that these are double glazed and are designed to filter the heat coming from the sun and as well as canceling noise pollution from the outside.
When it comes to sustainability, this is actually the focal point of Savya. Arthaland's marketing is focused on educating occupiers on how much savings they can get operations-wise if they locate in a green building such as theirs. According to their website, it can go as much as 40% with their energy-efficient cooling and lighting systems. The same goes with their water utilities as they harness rainwater for reuse and their plumbing fixtures are designed to be efficient with low flow functions.
These sustainable features are what lead Savya Financial Center to be recognized by organizations like LEED, WELL, and BERDE. Currently, they are pre-certified LEED Gold, pre-certified for WELL and BERDE certified with 5 stars
To start with Savya's amenities is its well-spaced two-way dropoff in between the two towers. The design was calculated accordingly based on their building density. This thoughtful detail ensures ease of traffic when dropping off tenants and guests.
The development will feature two beautifully designed lobbies for both towers.
