One Ayala is a mixed-use development that’s composed of a 2-tower office building, a 4-star hotel, and a retail component which altogether connects to Ayala Center. This exciting development will be placed in the previous Intercontinental Hotel right at the corner of Ayala and EDSA making it an iconic address.

Transportation

Set to open in the year 2022, One Ayala has taken its name from its address at #1 Ayala Avenue, Makati.


Its location is very accessible through public transportation. One Ayala will feature a three-floor, 20,000 sqm transportation hub that will serve as a terminal for north and south-bound buses, AUVs, and Jeepneys. It will also include a naturally-ventilated Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Terminal for point-to-point buses.

This BRT Terminal will feature wide bays for regular city buses, as well as a separate terminal for public utility vehicles. The BRT Terminal will also connect to the existing MRT Ayala Station, giving much more ease to commuting tenants.

One Ayala’s prime location makes it surrounded by more retail stores compared to other office buildings in the city. Aside from its own retail component, being in Ayala Center gives it direct access to Glorietta Mall, SM Makati, Landmark, and Greenbelt which altogether house thousands of different shops including supermarkets and specialty stores. Within Ayala Center are also big hotel operators such as Dusit Thani, Holiday Inn, and Raffles Hotel. Just across the other side of Ayala Avenue are Discovery Primea and The Manila Peninsula.

In case of emergencies tenants can access St Luke’s Medical Center which is just a 12-14 minute drive away from the building, as well as the Police Community Precinct which is just a 1-minute drive away, and lastly the Ayala Fire Station that’s just a 3-minute drive away.


Development Design


One Ayala is designed by one of the Philippines’ top architecture studios, Visionary Architecture Inc. Their design with One Ayala was nominated for the World Architecture Festival in Berlin, Germany in 2017. The World Architecture Festival is now in its 10th year of recognizing architects and design firms that respond to urgent challenges all over the world.

One Ayala will include a number of establishments like Ayala’s Flagship, Seda Hotel which will feature a total of 600-rooms. Moreover, One Ayala will have serviced condominiums, two premium office towers, and a multi-level retail podium.
