Bonifacio Global City (BGC) is now one of the fastest-growing Central Business Districts (CBD) in the country. 1. One NEO


Formerly known as Net One Center, One NEO is one of the buildings that transformed the former Fort Bonifacio into a highly commercialized area. Its resplendent exterior and first-rate interior makes it a top office location that can provide a great work environment. Prominent enterprises such as Quisumbing Torres and Wrigley are quartered in One NEO.

One NEO is situated at the 3rd Avenue and corner of 26th Street in BGC. It has newly installed access points that ensure that only endorsed visitors and tenants of the building can access the office floors. This 17-storey building has 5 elevators which serve the whole establishment. It is fiber-ready and supports various Internet Service Providers (ISPs) such as PLDT, Globe, and Radius which guarantees a fast and reliable internet connection. Radius Telecoms, Inc., an ISP firm for businesses, just made a partnership with the NEO Group last 2019. On top of all that, this building also has 100% backup power, so its tenants can work continuously even in the unlikely event of a power interruption. The building can also be accessed 24/7 by its tenants. Furthermore, One NEO was accredited by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), an organization dedicated to promoting investments in the Philippines.

P2P Buses have routes to different city points such as BGC to Calamba, Laguna, BGC, Balibago, Sta. Rosa Laguna, BGC to Alabang Town Center (ATC). Moreover, multiple taxi cabs are available along the highway where you can fetch a ride to reach your desired destination. Aside from buses and taxi cabs, you can also find and apply for a ride through Grab.

3. Three NEO


Three NEO was formerly called Net Cube and was Completed last 2008. It is strategically positioned to be near famous landmarks and retail shops, Three NEO holds an exceptional geographical location that is very beneficial for businesses and visitors alike. 4. Four NEO


Previously known as Net Quad and renamed to Four NEO, it became operational in 2008. It consists of 21 floors in total, 14 of which are office floors which can be leased for private offices and retail spaces. Four NEO is a Grade A and PEZA-accredited establishment with modernized interior and functional amenities. Transnational Diversified Group, Seidopro Global, and JPMorgan Chase & Co. are some of the biggest multinational companies that operate in Four NEO.
